Yes. Desktop and mobile work offline. A connection is only needed to sync chronicles via the cloud or for license-related operations.

Licenses from earlier versions remain active. You do not need to buy a new one to use ActoGraph v3: activate the app with the key you already received, then sign in with your existing account.

Students download ActoGraph free of charge after entering their institution and email. An account is created; you set the password from the email link. No paid license. Educational institutions can request an Ultimate Education quote. Contact us for research-lab volume purchases.

Support (annual) includes use of ActoGraph, updates and support for 1 year, plus cloud and mobile. Ultimate (permanent) includes permanent use of ActoGraph, with 4 years of updates and support. Ultimate update extension is a commercial option (see Pricing).

The license is personal. You may install it on devices you use yourself (for example a desktop and a laptop). Account sharing or lending the license is not allowed.

Account and billing data are processed by SymAlgo Technologies. ActoGraph cloud syncs chronicles between devices. Videos and records can stay on your computer only. For a specific hosting requirement, contact us.

Yes. Data and videos can stay strictly on the user's local disk, which matters for industrial secrecy and research ethics boards.

ActoGraph is designed so you remain in control of observation data. Your records can remain only on your device; if you enable cloud sync, chronicles are transmitted to the ActoGraph service for storage and synchronization. The site account processes email, billing and licenses; Pennylane processes quotes and invoices.

ActoGraph supports common audio and video formats for a posteriori analysis. The exact list depends on the installed version; contact support for a specific format.

You can edit record timestamps, merge chronicles and replay the video to correct records afterwards.

Table exports (CSV and common spreadsheet formats) for external analysis, and chart exports as images (PNG, SVG) or PDF for reports.
