Scope

SymAlgo Technologies publishes ActoGraph, software for observing and analyzing human activity. This information applies to licenses sold on this site (Support, Ultimate, Ultimate Education, Ultimate Enterprise) and to the student download.

Orders and payment

Professional purchases go through a quote then a Pennylane invoice. Online payment is made from the invoice (Pennylane link). Enterprise quotes are paid by bank transfer. Displayed prices are exclusive of tax; French VAT applies to customers established in France. A quote is binding only after acceptance.

Delivery and activation

The same installer is offered to everyone. On first launch, the application offers student access without a key, or professional access activated with the license key. The student download on the site records an institution and an email, and creates an account (password by email). The paid license is issued after the Pennylane quote is paid, on the holder account (stated email). You set your password from the email link.

Warranty and support

Support: updates and assistance for 1 year. Ultimate: permanent software, updates and support for 4 years. Extending Ultimate updates is a commercial option. Contact the Contact page for support (reply within two business days).

Applicable law
